Studying can be stressful, so make sure you get your exercise while you are in Melbourne to relax and get your energy back. Its a great way to get to know students from other classes in the school. Regular exercise is important part of staying healthy both physically and mentally. Regular exercise improves energy, concentration and sense of well being.
Each Tuesday after class at 6:00pm we go to the nearby Flagstaff Gardens to play soccer, Australian football, cricket frisbee, basketball and a range of other sports.
For students who are interested in other sports we are able to organise different types of equipment. We love to try new sports. We also run regularly around the Botanical Gardens, please let us know your running level if you are interested.
